An enterprise mail tracking system is no exception. Several key items in the procedure will be examined in this post; process flow, tracking bar code application, enterprise data integration, and business case validation. by Lloyd Moss

Mailers looking to improve their postage discounts by commingling the different mailings that they do each day should first look to and see if they can be commingled electronically. This type of commingling may require changes to the way they document their mailings but it is very cost-effective. If this is not possible in-house machine based sorting solutions and outsourced machine based solutions may be good options for mail that can not earn 5 digit discounts and in some cases, 3 digit disounts.
