Phase III will determine how to seamlessly integrate mail tracking data to improve existing systems and processes.

During Phase III, vendor will assess the integration of mail tracking within the companies internal processes, such as call center and marketing automation systems, from both a technical and operational perspective. The integration assessment includes a requirements review, definition of functional elements, development assignments for both the company and vendor(s), a clear timeline and plan for integration testing, and deployment as well as pricing. Enterprise integration assessments are designed to develop a reliable, secure, and convenient interface strategy for the company developers and end users.

Key Actions in Phase III

  • Meet with business line managers and system users to determine areas where mail tracking data would improve processes and managerial decision making, such as companies service level management, collection and, fraud detection, etc.
  • Determine technical specifications for the custom interface driven from results of the discussions with the business line managers. These interfaces will be designed by working closely with the companies technical and operational groups.
