Our goal at Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software is to create value for our clients. Our software products are intended to simplify our customers’ business processes and/or improve their revenue stream. We are often asked to quantify this benefit, because our customers want to offset the cost of our software with savings in their business. A frequent question our customer have is: What is the productivity benefit, in real terms, of installing your software?
